By creating an account or using Praetor Tools ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Praetor Tools is a companion app that helps you organise and analyse publicly available and self-provided Travian: Legends data (maps, farms, reports, troop counts, and similar). It does not automate gameplay, and you are responsible for using it in accordance with Travian's own rules.
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings, which permanently removes your data.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no using it to harass others or to violate any law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Premium features are sold as a subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under their terms; taxes are handled by them. You can cancel anytime from your account's "manage subscription" link — cancellation stops future renewals and your Premium runs to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Data (including game estimates and calculations) may be incomplete or inaccurate; use your own judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praetor Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any in-game outcomes arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
