Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
Game data you provide: maps, farm lists, reports, troop counts, and similar Travian
data that you capture with the browser extension or paste in — used only to power the tools
for you and your alliance.
Basic usage/technical data: things like your active game world, timezone preference,
and standard server logs needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
To provide the Service (analysis, planning, intel), to authenticate you, to send transactional
emails (verification, password reset), and to operate your subscription. We do not sell your
data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run Praetor Tools:
Our payment provider — payments & subscription (merchant of record); named on your receipt and at checkout.
Resend — sending transactional email.
Railway — hosting & database.
Discord — only if you or your alliance connect it: alliance alerts (incoming attacks,
defense and hammer boards) are posted to the channel your alliance links. We also send
ourselves operational alerts (a new signup, a failed capture, a world request).
Sentry — error monitoring. Receives a diagnostic report when something breaks,
which can include the URL you were on and your account id.
Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or
tracking cookies.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all
its data at any time from Account settings → Delete account, or email us to request it.
